If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return a product, contact us within thirty days of receiving your order. Provide us with an order number and a reason for the return. Our customer service will see the return request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

What if the product(s) I receive are damaged/wrong/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received an incorrect, missing, or damaged product. Please include your order number, a picture of the product(s) and any other related reference before receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve your situation as soon as possible.

What is the length of the returns process?

Processing returns can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your hold has been taken.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be accepted to your original form of payment. If you paid with a credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the bank that issued the card within 7-10 business days or receipt of the returned product or cancellation request. Please contact the bank with questions about when the amount will be updated in your account.

If you haven't received the refund for your return yet, here's what to do: contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before this return appears in your account.
