Cancellation, Returns Policy

Note: If possible, please take a video while opening your packages.

Inquiries for defects/damage/missing items/incorrect items without proof will not be given priority.

We always check the products before we send them.

cancel reservation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it cannot be cancelled.

refunds

We have a 14 day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return, you can contact us at customer@unismart.co.il. If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without a return request first will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / one-off

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as consumables (e.g. groceries, flowers or plants), personalized products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Replace

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, after receiving the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

refunds

We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know if the return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and receive a refund.

Late/missing refunds (if applicable)

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the bank that issues the card within 7-14 business days from the date of receipt of the return or cancellation request.

If you have not received a refund, you can take the following steps

*Check your bank or PayPal balance again (transaction may be delayed).

*Contact your bank/credit card company (it may take some time for your refund to be officially released).

If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customer@unismart.co.il .

Shipping costs/re-listing fee

To return your product, you must send your product to customer@unismart.co.il . Email us with your order number for more information.

*Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If there is no product quality problem due to the customer's personal reasons, such as dislike / wrong color / wrong size...

*Unismart is responsible for the return shipping cost if the product is defective/missing item/wrong item

*We do not charge a re-registration fee.
