At Unismart we want to make sure all our customers are satisfied with the products they bought from us. If you experience any problem with the delivery or with the product, and you are frustrated, please send us an email and our team will come to your aid diligently.

Please fill in your address information in full, otherwise the package sent will be returned to us, or your order will not be accepted.

1. Not satisfied with your order?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product up to 14 days from the time of receipt of the product provided that it is in like new condition without any visible wear or tear, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return a product if it is not part of the warranty that we provide due to manufacturing knocks and replacement that is not our mistakes

    Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable

    2. Defective or low quality products

    If the product you received is damaged or not working properly, please let us know. For the fastest solution, send us an email that includes a photo showing the low quality or the defect customer@unismart.co.il

    The optimal images would be on a flat surface with the defect clearly displayed. We will send you a replacement as soon as the situation is confirmed, there is no need to return damaged products. We will use this contact to help you with your order and reduce mistakes in the future.

    1. Canceling orders before they are shipped

      If you are canceling your order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us via email for the fastest solution and include your order number. Thanks!

      2. Cancellation of orders that have started

      If you are canceling your order that has already left for delivery or is on its way to its destination, please contact us and refuse to accept the package because we cannot return it after it has left. We will provide you with a refund after lowering the shipping prices and the refund will be received once the package begins the return.

      The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

      There are no refunds or exchanges for products that have been exposed to water.

      delivery costs

      Defective/low quality products

      If the return is made because of the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific charge depends on the delivery company of your choice.

      If due to our reasons the products you received are damaged or incorrect the consumer will not be asked to pay the shipping costs.

      The consumer will not be charged for the products that are returned.
